Luvana E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Digital Product Only

Luvana E-Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain a unique code for online use. No physical card will be issued.

2. Where to Use

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on purchases made directly through the official Luvana online store.

3. Redemption

To use, enter the gift card code during checkout. The value will be applied toward your order total, including taxes and shipping (if applicable).

4. Balance & Partial Use

If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. If the purchase exceeds the balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

5. No Expiration

Luvana E-Gift Cards never expire.

6. Non-Refundable

E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat your gift card code like cash. Luvana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

8. Limitations

E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or promotional activities.
