We offer several international carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier processing, and customs clearance.
📮 USPS International Options
USPS First Class International (Economy)
- Most affordable option
- Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days (may be longer due to customs)
- Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
- Customs delays are common and outside our control
USPS Priority International
- Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days
- Better tracking and faster transit than First Class
USPS Priority Express International
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Fastest USPS option with enhanced tracking and customs handling
🌐 International Tracking Limitations (USPS)
Once a USPS international package leaves the United States and is handed over to the destination country’s postal service or customs, tracking updates and delivery handling are no longer within our control.
We do not have the ability to contact foreign postal services on behalf of the customer. For updates, customers must contact their local postal service or customs office using their tracking number.
🚚 UPS International
UPS is typically faster and more reliable for Latin American destinations.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Full end-to-end tracking, including after customs
- Fewer delays in countries such as Mexico
- Applicable duties/VAT may still be required
✈️ FedEx International
FedEx offers fast, premium international delivery with strong tracking.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Excellent tracking visibility
- Reliable for destinations like Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and more
- Duties and taxes may apply
🇲🇽 Shipping to Mexico
- UPS and FedEx usually clear customs quickly
- USPS may take longer, especially First Class
- Customs may contact the customer directly if duties or taxes must be paid
💰 Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and fees required by their destination country.
- These fees are not included in your order total.
- Customs inspections or processing may extend estimated delivery times.
📬 Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the package may be held at a local post office or carrier facility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up to arrange pickup or redelivery.
🏷 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Luvana is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🔄 Returned Packages Due to Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will gladly reship the order. However:
- The customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee before the package is sent again.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier (if applicable).

In some countries, customs may require additional information, fees, or authorization before releasing your package.
Customers are responsible for responding to customs notices or paying required duties to prevent delays or returns.
